ABOUT

MOVMT, short for "Movement," is a daily pursuit to follow Jesus, put feet to faith, and equip others to soar into what God has called them to do.​

FOLLOW JESUS​

Being a disciple of Christ has no end—it should be who we are every day, in everything we do, and at all times. Before growing disciples of Christ among others (Matthew 28:19), one must first be a disciple and follow Him themselves. As we continue to follow Jesus, we must also do as He commanded in John 13:34—love God, love others. This is a critical step in following Jesus, as He said His disciples will be known by their love for one another (Matthew 22:36-40, John 13:35, John 15:9-17).

PUT FEET TO FAITH

Faith is a powerful substance, but is useless without action to back it (James 2:17). Faith and action are equally crucial and should remain balanced. The Scripture encourages us to be doers of the Word and not hearers only (James 1:22). It is with this in mind that we should actively seek to live the Word, do what it teaches, and put into practice the things that we preach.​​​

 

​EQUIP OTHERS

A "movement" is not confined to an organization, a program, or an event—it is a people who accept the call to follow Christ. It is vital that these people are equipped with the tools they need so they can follow strong and soar into what God has for them.
